      無錫電動叉車驅動橋殼的修理方法?

      驅動橋殼堅固的安裝在叉車車架上。由于驅動橋和車架是剛性聯接,在叉取貨物或搬運、堆垛作業中,驅動橋將承擔大部分重量,而且還有道路不平、叉架載荷不均等的情況,這樣驅動橋將出現彎曲、斷裂,半軸套管軸承孔磨損和半軸套管軸頸磨損等損傷,我們該如何維修這些問題呢?
      the drive axle housing is firmly mounted on the forklift frame. due to the rigid connection between the drive axle and the frame, the drive axle will bear most of the weight in forking goods, handling and stacking operations, and there will be uneven roads and forks with uneven load. in this way, the drive axle will have bending and fracture, wear of axle shaft sleeve bearing hole and wear of axle shaft sleeve journal. how should we repair these problems?
      1、電動叉車驅動橋殼彎曲的修理
      1. repair of bent axle housing of electric forklift
      驅動橋殼彎曲超限時應進行校正。校正時,校正變形量應不大于原有彎曲變形量,并將校正壓力保持一段時間,使橋殼有一定的塑性變形。如果變形過大,彎曲變形大于2mm時,可預熱后校正、但加熱溫度不允許超過700℃。鑄制的橋殼好避免加熱校正。
      when the bending of drive axle housing exceeds the limit, it should be corrected. during the correction, the correction deformation should not be greater than the original bending deformation, and the correction pressure should be maintained for a period of time to make the axle housing have a certain plastic deformation. if the deformation is too large and the bending deformation is greater than 2mm, it can be corrected after preheating, but the heating temperature is not allowed to exceed 700 ℃. the cast axle housing avoids heat correction.
      2、電動叉車驅動橋殼斷裂的修理,驅動橋殼中部裂紋及突緣上裂紋,可用焊接法修復,其操作要點如下:
      2. the cracks in the middle of the drive axle housing and on the flange of the electric forklift can be repaired by welding. the operation points are as follows:
      (1)電焊焊補裂紋,其焊層應高于基本金屬,但不超過1mm。正面焊好后再在反面進行焊補,焊后應將焊縫修平。焊補在工作平面的,其平面度誤差應不大于0.25mm。
      (1) the welding layer should be higher than the base metal, but not more than 1 mm. after the front side is welded well, the welding seam shall be repaired on the reverse side, and the welding seam shall be leveled after welding. the flatness error shall not be greater than 0.25mm if the welding repair is on the working plane.
      (2)裂紋焊補后應在裂紋處焊接加強腹板,其厚度一般為4-6mm,加強腹板應與驅動橋殼中心對稱。
      (2) after the crack is welded, the strengthening web plate should be welded at the crack, its thickness is generally 4-6 mm, and the reinforced web plate should be symmetrical with the center of the drive axle housing.
      (3)如裂紋穿透至驅動橋殼蓋或主減速器突緣平面,則在焊補后應另焊加強腹環。電動叉車驅動橋殼蓋平面的加強腹環可復接于外面,主減速器殼則視內部空間的許可,應復接于內面。焊接加強腹環時,應先用螺栓將加強腹環緊壓于平面上,以免焊接時位置移動和撓曲。
      (3) if the crack penetrates to the flange plane of the drive axle housing cover or the main reducer, the reinforcing web ring shall be welded after welding. the reinforced web ring of the drive axle housing cover plane of electric forklift can be re connected to the outside, and the main reducer housing should be re connected to the inner surface according to the permission of internal space. when welding the reinforcing web ring, the reinforcing web ring should be pressed on the plane with bolts to avoid the position moving and bending during welding.
      (4)焊補加強后的電動叉車驅動橋殼,要重新進行檢驗其直線度誤差、殼蓋面和主減速器突緣平面的平面度誤差、并校正、修磨到符合標準。
      (4) the straightness error, flatness error of shell cover surface and flange plane of main reducer of electric forklift drive axle housing after welding reinforcement shall be re inspected, and corrected and ground to meet the standard.
