一、叉車曲軸飛輪組的作用
i. the function of crankshaft flywheel set of forklift truck
1、叉車曲軸的作用是將叉車活塞連桿組傳來的氣體壓力上下運動力轉變化繞其自身軸線旋轉的轉矩,對外輸出動力,并驅動配氣機構以及各輔助安裝。曲軸在工作中接受著不時變化的氣體壓力,慣性力和轉矩的作用,因而叉車曲軸必需具有足夠的硬度和強度。叉車曲軸的主軸頸是曲軸的支撐局部和旋轉軸線,裝置在汽缸體的主軸承座孔中,其間裝有主軸瓦(瓦式軸承)。有的發起機型,其主軸采用滾動軸承,連桿軸頸與連桿大頭相配合,曲柄用來銜接主軸頸和連桿軸頸,均衡配重用來均衡發起機運轉中產生的向心力和向心力矩,使發起機運轉平穩。曲軸內制有貫串主軸頸,曲柄和連桿軸頸的油道,以使具有一定壓力的光滑油流去光滑曲軸軸曲軸瓦和連桿軸瓦。

前端軸是指道主軸頸之前的局部,通常裝有起動風扇皮帶輪,正時齒輪,擋油盤等,有的還裝有改變減振器.后端軸是后一道主軸頸之后的局部,有裝置飛輪用的凸緣,回油螺紋和甩油圈等。

2、叉車飛輪的作用是將曲軸行程的局部旋轉能量儲存起來,以帶動軸柄連桿機構越過上止點和克制其它三個輔助行程的阻力,同時將發起機的動力傳給離合器。為了使飛輪具有較大的轉動慣性而又有小的質量,飛輪的質量多集中在輪緣上。普通在飛輪的外緣上裝有齒圈,借以與起動機齒輪嚙合,以便起動叉車發起機。

1、叉車曲軸主要由由前端軸,主軸頸,連桿軸頸,曲柄,均衡配重和后端軸等局部的小叉車配件組成。

2、叉車飛輪是由鑄鐵制成的圓盤,外緣上壓有齒環,能夠與叉車起動機的驅動齒輪嚙合。正時齒輪、帶輪及曲軸改變減振器等組成。
